About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.

• EPA or CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Perform or learn maintenance skills involving HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
