About The Position
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Pavilions at Pantano in Tucson, Arizona. The role is suited to a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service to residents. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general maintenance.
- HVAC certification, or currently be working toward certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Dependable and professional, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Nice To Haves
- Multifamily maintenance experience.
- EPA certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
- Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins.
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Help maintain common areas and overall property appearance.
- Participate in the rotational on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.
