About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in keeping operations running smoothly so customers can be served promptly. This customer-facing role includes general customer service, cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and support for store, restaurant, and truck care departments. Love’s provides training for candidates with no prior experience. Technicians use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including performing equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections. Duties may also include cross-training in other departments, such as store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. The role prioritizes customer safety and satisfaction and requires compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service, assist customers, resolve issues, and support a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility and perform equipment repair and maintenance, including on HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
