About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment, machinery, and systems and support uninterrupted production. The position works Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and requires willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime on days off as necessary. Starting pay is $25–$38 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Bonnell Aluminum manufactures custom aluminum extrusions for a range of commercial, architectural, solar, automotive, and industrial applications. The company is headquartered in Newnan, Georgia, with manufacturing operations in Georgia, Tennessee, Michigan, Utah, and Indiana.

Requirements

Experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role; night-shift experience is preferred.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Must be willing and able to work mandatory overtime on days off as necessary.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
