About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain one or more dealership and collision-center facilities across the Delmarva Peninsula. The role performs a variety of indoor and outdoor building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, preventative maintenance, monitoring building systems, and coordinating outside vendors. Regional travel between locations is required, and a company vehicle is provided. The position offers stability, growth, and leadership potential.

Requirements

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.
Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance at one or more dealership or collision-center locations.
Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment.
Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains.
Perform painting, wall repairs, and door-hardware repairs.
Replace HVAC filters and belts and perform preventative maintenance.
Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed.
Travel between dealership locations.
