About The Position

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking a motivated, dependable Maintenance Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections as part of an experienced service team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to develop automotive service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive maintenance or service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors.
• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe service bay.
• Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment.
• Work with Service Technicians and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Put customers and others first; ask for help and offer help; create smiles; engage and build relationships; and maintain a positive, energetic attitude while working well with others.
