About The Position
Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking an experienced, motivated Finance Specialist with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience. The Finance Specialist guides customers through the final steps of vehicle purchases and helps them understand financing, leasing, protection products, and other available options. The role works closely with the sales team, financial institutions, and accounting department to complete transactions accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Automotive sales and/or finance experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to provide a professional and customer-focused experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.

- Prior automotive finance experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle cash, lease, and finance transactions from start to finish.
- Present financing, leasing, protection products, and other available options to customers.
- Work with financial institutions to secure appropriate financing options for customers.
- Ensure finance and sales documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware and Performance Columbus Accounting.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
- Build positive relationships with customers, lenders, and fellow team members.
- Put the customer and others first, ask for help and give help, create smiles, engage and build relationships, and maintain an energetic, positive attitude while working well with others.
