About The Position
Rosenboom is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing operations. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The technician will play a key part in minimizing downtime, solving mechanical challenges, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility. This is a hands-on role that requires troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping things running.
Requirements
- Maintenance, mechanical, or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
- Diagnose equipment issues and determine effective solutions
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and components
