About The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on Controls Technician to support and maintain automation and control systems across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll help keep production running efficiently while driving continuous improvement through automation and controls.
Requirements
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Automation, Instrumentation, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of controls, automation, or maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Modify and support control systems and production equipment.
- Install, program, and maintain PLC systems and automation equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layouts.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve equipment performance issues.
