About The Position

Residential Niche, in partnership with ADDA, is recruiting a Maintenance Technician in Pueblo, Colorado. The role performs maintenance and repairs across residential equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. It includes troubleshooting, routine inspections and preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests and occasional after-hours emergencies, and snow removal as needed. The technician works with a team, follows safety protocols, and maintains a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
Strong decision-making skills and a positive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Access to or ownership of basic tools required for maintenance work.
Valid, non-expired driver's license and insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds when necessary to perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and determine an appropriate course of action for repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, including changing air filters, smoke detector batteries, and light bulbs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks by urgency, and handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
Perform snow removal as needed.
Collaborate and communicate with team members to support smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned.
