About The Position

Weinstein Properties is seeking an EPA-certified Maintenance Technician for Bexley Village at Concord Mills in Concord, North Carolina. This is a full-time role at a well-maintained residential community. The technician completes work orders in occupied and vacant apartments, assists with apartment turns and make-readies, and troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items. The role also helps maintain the appearance of the community, including its grounds, amenities, and pool areas, and works collaboratively with the maintenance team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week), with participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule. Pay starts at $22 per hour, depending on experience, with on-call pay and a quarterly performance-based bonus.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort using computers and mobile devices, including Outlook and work order systems.
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors and outdoors year-round.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities
