About The Position

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for The Equestrian in the Las Vegas area. The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor with work required to operate an apartment community. The role includes maintaining the community and grounds, preparing vacant apartments for turnover, completing work requests, and preserving the appearance of common areas and the community. Candidates are expected to respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in property management maintenance.
• Skills in HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair, door repair, appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial work, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment background and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• A current pool certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the apartment community and grounds.
• Complete turnover work in vacant units, including painting and maintenance.
• Complete work requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain curb appeal and common areas.
• Respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with work required to operate the apartment community.
