About The Position
Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in the Las Vegas area. The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor with work required to operate an apartment community. The role includes maintaining the community and grounds, completing vacant-unit turnover work, responding to work requests, and maintaining the appearance of common areas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in property management maintenance.
- Skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair, door repair, appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial work, carpentry, and landscaping.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment background and drug testing.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the community and grounds.
- Perform vacant-unit turnover work, including painting and maintenance.
- Complete work requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain curb appeal and common areas.
