About The Position

Aeon is seeking an apartment maintenance professional to join our maintenance team at Sienna Green in Roseville, MN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the physical operations of our apartment community that includes the responsibility to ensure that Aeon standards are met in each of the following areas: preventative maintenance, safety and security, physical condition, market appeal, customer service promises, and utility conservation standards. This position will also support the general upkeep of the property including regular trash removal and trash chute management. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Property Manager.

Requirements

Demonstrated skillset in general apartment maintenance.
Willingness and skills around daily upkeep and light groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by performing a wide variety of general maintenance and repair functions including: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repair, Air handler and general HVAC maintenance, Lock changes, Apartment turnovers, Preventative maintenance, Installation and repair of window coverings, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, etc;
Regular trash chute maintenance and management
Regular Inside/outside debris removal
Seasonal duties: light snow removal, salting/sanding
