About The Position

Pegasus is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Longshore Commons. The technician will serve residents through customer service and complete resident and property service requests. The role involves maintaining the property and using or learning practical maintenance skills, including HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps. A positive, professional attitude and a valid driver’s license are required. EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with, or desire to learn, maintenance skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Perform or learn maintenance skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pump work.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
