About The Position

Pegasus is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Longshore Commons. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
Experience with, or desire to learn, HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, and related skills.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the maintenance role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
