About The Position

The company is seeking a CNC or Industrial Maintenance Technician for its state-of-the-art machine shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role is available on either first or third shift and is full time. The technician will perform machine repair and maintenance, especially on vertical and horizontal mills and lathes. The company is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in CNC or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Robotic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
