About The Position

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs on facility and production equipment and property structures. The role diagnoses production equipment problems, replaces or repairs parts, and tests and adjusts equipment. The technician follows EPA, OSHA, and other safety regulations and helps maintain a safe, compliant, drug- and alcohol-free workplace. This position is described as a 12-hour night-shift role, with opportunities for career advancement in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in PLCs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with hand and power tools and electric meters.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
