About The Position

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. The role is performed under the direction of the Service Manager. Typical work hours depend on community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification preferred, but not required.
• CPO certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common-area maintenance.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
