About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Plymouth Pointe Apartments in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The technician helps keep the apartment community operating smoothly by handling repairs and service requests, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, maintaining grounds and shared spaces, completing preventive maintenance and inspections, and providing friendly, professional service to residents. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities and participation in snow removal.

Responsibilities

Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
Assist with snow removal and share on-call shifts.
Provide friendly, professional service to create a positive resident experience.
