About The Position
Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Plymouth Pointe Apartments in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The role helps keep the apartment community operating smoothly and supports a positive resident experience through friendly, professional service. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
- Maintain the grounds, amenities, and common areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Assist with snow removal and share on-call shifts.
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents.
