About The Position

Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior experience is necessary. This program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with pay increases at each level. Upon successful completion, trainees transition to a permanent Maintenance Technician role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable attendance.

• Able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Able to lift tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training to learn maintenance skills.
• Travel to nearby sister properties for training.
• Perform tasks as learned during training, progressing from basic to complex work.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Lift tools and materials.
