About The Position
Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. This program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (Safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (More repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (Complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants will receive on-the-job training and company-paid certifications. Upon successful completion and permanent placement, individuals will transition to a permanent Maintenance Technician role with a defined career path and benefits.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to travel to nearby sister properties for training.

Responsibilities
- Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
