We are looking for a talented CTP - Maintenance Technician Level III - 2nd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC.

Responsibilities

  • Perform skilled activities that directly support the manufacturing business, using appropriate tools and equipment with minimal guidance.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards by reporting hazards, using personal protective equipment, and engaging in HSE training.
  • Apply high standards of workmanship, support equipment uptime, and perform quality inspections to ensure product excellence.
  • Conduct preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Recognize and correct hazards, promote interdependence among colleagues, and minimize environmental impact through safe practices.
  • Work with peers to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with your team and support staff, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and personal development and actively engage with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve quality, safety, and processes.
