About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Support Manufacturing Needs: Perform skilled activities that directly support the manufacturing business, using appropriate tools and equipment with minimal guidance. Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards by reporting hazards, using personal protective equipment, and engaging in HSE training. Maintain High Quality Standards: Apply high standards of workmanship, support equipment uptime, and perform quality inspections to ensure product excellence. Optimize Equipment Performance: Conduct preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency. Promote a Safe Work Environment: Recognize and correct hazards, promote interdependence among colleagues, and minimize environmental impact through safe practices. Enhance Process Efficiency: Work with peers to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
