About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician II at Trinity Property Consultants, you will operate independently across multiple trades to complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns. You will help maintain high operational standards across the property by diagnosing and repairing intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. This role requires participation in move-in/move-out inspections, maintaining inventory, and responding to on-call and emergency service requests. You will also demonstrate safe operation of tools and equipment, maintain personal tool inventory, and complete required training. This role may include additional duties consistent with the position. Trinity Property Consultants is a leader in the multifamily industry with over 25 years of experience, managing properties for a nationally ranked NMHC’s Apartment Owner. Requirements

  • 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
  • Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of appliances.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable diagnosing routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
  • Ability to complete full make-ready turns independently.
  • Safe use of meters and diagnostic tools.
  • Proficient with work-order systems and basic computer and mobile technology.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable).
  • HVAC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
  • Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
  • Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Maintain inventory and shop organization.
  • Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
  • Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
  • Maintain personal tool inventory.
  • Complete required safety and compliance training.
  • Support and guide Technician I team members when needed.
