About The Position

Wildewood Downs is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help maintain a comfortable, safe, and welcoming home for residents. This role combines HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, facility maintenance, unit renovations, and community improvement projects. The position is based in a professional, clean, hospitality-focused environment and includes rotating on-call responsibilities. Scheduled hours are 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with a weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

• HVAC certification.
• Universal EPA certification.
• CPO certification.
• Advanced technical training in multiple disciplines, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, landscaping, or sprinkler systems.
• Maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, hotels, or similar service-focused environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance projects.
• Complete unit renovations and community improvement projects.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to help reduce after-hours emergencies.
• Provide professional, respectful service to residents and team members.
• Participate in the weekend on-call rotation.
