About The Position

We are looking for a professional Custodian with strong maintenance experience to join the team. Focusing on the task at hand and maintaining quality control are critical. Managing workflow is a daily challenge. The role requires the ability to drive a golf or utility cart.

Requirements

• Comfort using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Comfort using landscaping and handyman tools as needed.
• Excellent management and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to create schedules.
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Ability to perform light lifting and stand for long periods.
• Ability to drive a golf or utility cart.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar position.
• Prior experience providing cleaning and/or maintenance services for companies or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Create and update housekeeping schedules as needed.
• Clean restrooms and break areas daily.
• Assist in training janitorial staff as needed.
• Ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Perform cleaning according to company standards.
• Complete deep cleanings as scheduled.
• Organize and responsibly maintain the stock of supplies.
• Maintain the work site, including groundskeeping and minor landscaping.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department and/or management.
