About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician III, you’ll help create exceptional vacations for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to keep units and buildings in good working order. The role maintains facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and performs preventive maintenance throughout units, common areas, and grounds.

Requirements

Certification or required skills in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
Working knowledge of appliance repair.
Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.

Responsibilities

Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Monitor and repair the HVAC system for the entire facility.
Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, silver brazing, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
Replace breakers, ballast, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas, and grounds.
Maintain preventive maintenance programs for systems such as HVAC and boilers.
