About The Position
BICO Drilling Tools, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to maintain the facility's manufacturing equipment, buildings, and grounds. This role will also provide guidance and training to other maintenance technicians and be involved in special projects such as modifying existing equipment or installing new equipment.
Requirements
- Thoroughly completes the weekly generated equipment preventative maintenance work orders according to the written instruction under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist in troubleshoot, repair, and prove repair in order to return equipment to service.
- Documents problems, trouble shooting techniques, repair procedures, and results in order to educate fellow maintenance employees should the circumstance repeat.
- Learns to scope repair work orders for time and materials needed to complete the task.
- Completes general maintenance of buildings.
- Has a continuing effort to gain knowledge in the trades necessary to execute prompt and reliable service to increase the efficiency of the maintenance department.
- Promptly responds to equipment failures, trouble shoot, repair, and prove in order to return equipment to service.
- Assists with the training of Maintenance Technicians Level I.
- Scopes repair work orders for time and materials needed to complete the task.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborates with production teams to optimize processes for maintenance.
