About The Position

Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, the incumbent responds to all General Maintenance service calls. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity and guest experience at Seminole Classic Casino, a pioneer in Indian gaming since 1979. The casino features over 1,000 slot machines, live table games, an entertainment pavilion, and multiple dining options. The company emphasizes providing unparalleled service to its guests, treating them as they would a guest in their own home.

Requirements

High school diploma or technical certificate.
Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience with commercial/industrial plumbing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Excellent hand/eye coordination.
Close vision.
Ability to read, understand and interpret schematics, plans, and diagrams and drawings.

Responsibilities

Respond to all General Maintenance service calls.
Adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
Understand and apply Seminole Classic Casino policies, procedures, and schedules to minimize business interruption and prioritize projects.
Respond to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
Complete and submit maintenance request forms to the Shift Manager or Maintenance Shift Supervisor upon task completion.
Perform general repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all other public areas.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, particularly in Front of House areas.
Apply knowledge of maintenance related to furniture, painting, wall covering, lighting, plumbing, and flooring.
Maintain technical logs and record all relevant data.
Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
Perform all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, and cooling or ventilation systems.
