About The Position

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a full-time position. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and calibrating CNC machinery to ensure production goals are met. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, follow safety guidelines, practice 5S, and contribute to continuous improvement. Responsibilities include maintenance on heavy machinery, inventory management, and collaborating with peers on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for shop equipment.

Requirements

• Basic math, readings, and some computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Vocational training plus 8 to 10 years of work experience
• Able to read and interpret blueprints
• Able to lift, push and pull between 30 to 60 pounds
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work collaboratively with a team
• Effectively manage time to meet production schedules
• Able to fully understand and interpret fabrication drawings

Nice To Haves

• Curtain wall industry experience highly preferred
• Experience using MECAL CNC system preferred
