About The Position

The Technician II - Carpenter is responsible for building and repairing carpentry-related items throughout the property. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Construct frameworks and structures.
• Fit and install finishes and fixtures, including doors, windows, moldings, trim, and cabinetry.
• Maintain and repair the facility.
• Inspect existing structures for damage, wear, or rot, and replace or reinforce affected sections.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
