About The Position

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of its travel centers. The role supports the company’s mission of serving others by providing customers with five-star service and maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment. Team members work together to keep facilities clean and in good condition.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Be able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders.
• Be able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 25–45+ lbs.
• Work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Commit to safety and follow established guidelines.
• Pass a criminal background check and employment reference check.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be flexible to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a maintenance or housekeeping role; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star guest service.
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness.
• Polish stainless-steel fixtures and dust surfaces.
• Wash windows and replace light bulbs.
• Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas.
• Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness.
