About The Position

AriensCo is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for its second-shift maintenance team at its Fayetteville, Tennessee location. The role leads hands-on repair and preventive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems to support equipment reliability, safety, production, and continuous improvement. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour days, with core hours from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Requirements

At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of industrial equipment.
Experience using CMMS systems for work orders, preventive maintenance, and documentation.
Proficiency with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors.
Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead and support assigned maintenance team members during second-shift operations.
Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities to support production needs.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with plant safety requirements.
Accurately document work orders, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions in the CMMS.
Carry out and assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures.
Support and develop downtime-reduction initiatives.
