About The Position

Axis Residential, the in-house management company for Affinity Living Communities, is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join their team through this talent pool advertisement. Applications will be reviewed for future openings in Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor roles within the active adult portfolio of Affinity Living Communities in Colorado. Requirements

Team player with a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships.
Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance, or other relevant industries.
Excellent communication skills; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (i.e., Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Work with the site team to carry out the daily maintenance needs of the community while building rapport with residents and team members (Maintenance Technicians).
Ensure the community is in good working condition and meets company standards while leading the on-site maintenance team (Maintenance Supervisors).
Oversee daily repairs, service requests, unit turns, and preventable maintenance (Maintenance Supervisors).
Build strong positive relationships with residents, on-site team, and regional team (Maintenance Supervisors).
