The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safety policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members. This role involves providing clients with end-of-month maintenance reports, participating in weekly management meetings, and developing production targets for each shift in accordance with the monthly plan. The supervisor will monitor budgets, report variances, and track the progress of the weekly production plan, making necessary adjustments. Additionally, this position ensures that operating systems and maintenance administrative requirements are managed properly, and that QA requirements are met at all levels of the department. The supervisor will also monitor the oil analysis program, review PMI Audit results, and manage staff, including serving corrective action disciplines pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Communication with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) regarding identified parts issues and close collaboration with the Parts Manager to maintain efficient parts and inventory levels are also key responsibilities. The role includes monitoring the electronic vehicle inspection process and presenting financial and performance presentations to upper management and the client.
