The Maintenance Supervisor oversees safety policies and procedures, client reporting, and participates in management meetings. This role involves developing production targets, conducting planning meetings, monitoring budgets and production progress, and ensuring operating systems and maintenance administrative requirements are managed properly. The supervisor is responsible for QA requirements, providing trend analysis, monitoring oil analysis programs, reviewing audit results, managing staff, and communicating with OEMs regarding parts. They also work closely with the Parts Manager to maintain efficient inventory levels and monitor electronic vehicle inspection processes. A key responsibility includes presenting financial and performance presentations to upper management and the client.
