About The Position
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in directing the daily activities of skilled tradespersons including millwrights, electricians, and other maintenance professionals. In this position, you will supervise a team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mill equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe production. You'll coordinate work orders, support preventative maintenance planning, and partner closely with operations managers to ensure equipment readiness.
