About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment. This is a fast-paced role offering opportunity and potential to learn where your efforts are rewarded.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
- Experience with machinery, metalworking and locksmith duties
- Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment
- Performs preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipment
- Orders parts and maintains inventory
- Safely operates small power tools and other maintenance tools
- Completes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely manner
- Reviews status of assignments and any follow-up actions with the Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned
