Requirements

• 3+ years prior apartment maintenance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Extensive Plumbing experience is desired.
• Experience with apartment maintenance; appliance troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Must be able to understand and oversee work performed by contractors and county.
• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
• The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus!
• 3+ years prior maintenance supervisory experience desired.
• Energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a team.
• HVAC/CFC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance.
• Assist with unit turnovers.
• Be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
• Oversee work performed by contractors and county.
