About The Position

This position provides leadership, direction, and coordination of team members in maintenance with responsibilities for safety, quality, and project management. This role actively participates and supports a work environment focused on preventive maintenance and timely project support. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned or reassigned at any time.

Requirements

Proven experience in leadership or similar role
Experiences mold maintenance & repair
Tiq weld experience preferred
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Skills in MS Office
Experience with implementing or maintaining PM and Maintenance Request Systems
Experience with Arc-Flash, Hazmat and Fall Prevention requirements and practices a must
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Working knowledge of PLC controls, Electric motors and drives, 3-phase electrical power required
Minimum 6 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Monitor unnecessary waste and correct when necessary
Monitor and improve the management of tools, equipment and production processes.
Is an active leader and coach to team members by focusing on an environment for them in which to be successful
Passionate about supporting safety. Ability to identify root cause, implement corrective action where gaps to the goals exist – strong problem-solving skills
Responsible for supporting new and current team member activities – performance, management, transfers, promotions and disciplinary processes
Schedule work assignment to maximize efficiency
Develop and monitor staffing plans to execute the schedule on time at the planned rate or better
