About The Position

Dart Container is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who excels in leading teams, optimizing equipment upkeep, and driving performance. This role involves supervising and leading by example to uphold safety and GMP standards, overseeing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs. The supervisor will analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements, and coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliability
• Previous plant production software experience
• Experienced in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
