Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis.
- Maintains a safe work environment, hosts safety meetings, ensures safety compliance, conducts shop safety inspections, and enforces the lock-out/tag-out program.
- Ensures equipment and plant are maintained and operating at company standards.
- Ensures service calls and machinery repairs in a compliant stockroom are completed in a timely manner.
- Supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
