About The Position

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help perform maintenance and oversee maintenance operations for affordable housing communities throughout our service area. This position combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities, creating an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the quality and safety of our communities.
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep.
- Leadership experience supervising maintenance staff.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or related trades.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties.
Responsibilities
- Directly provide maintenance services for a new affordable housing property in Richmond.
- Lead and support Maintenance Technicians across multiple sites.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist with capital projects, vendor management, and contract oversight.
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Help ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Support inventory management and maintenance documentation.
- Provide hands-on assistance when needed to keep work orders and unit turnover on schedule.
