About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Desert Willow, a 224-unit apartment community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property and for leading the maintenance staff. The supervisor helps maintain a safe work environment and may perform occasional on-call duties.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Help prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform occasional on-call duties.
