About The Position
MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead all aspects of maintenance at The Enclave at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, California. The role involves diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance, overseeing maintenance staff work, managing resident service requests, coordinating maintenance personnel and schedules, conducting safety meetings, maintaining preventive maintenance records and expenditure records, and coordinating or performing equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience involving at least 150 units.
- Experience in all trades.
- Team-player attitude and superior customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance.
- Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
- Manage the system for handling resident service requests.
- Assist the manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
- Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.
