Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily housing
• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Strong HVAC experience
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Ability to handle after-hours emergency calls
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance
• Complete service requests and make-readies promptly
• Manage maintenance team and vendors
• Maintain inventory and budget
• Provide top-tier customer service to residents
• Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
