About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and leading the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role involves planning, scheduling, and executing various maintenance activities, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing budgets. The position is with Vibracoustic USA Inc., part of the Freudenberg Group.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational training, an associate’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading maintenance staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning tasks to ensure timely completion of work
• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Managing budgets and resources, including ordering and tracking maintenance supplies, equipment, and contractor services.
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
