We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities while supporting a technical team in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a strong technical background who can act as a floor-level resource for the team while managing priorities, coordinating maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance department activities
- Plan, organize, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Prepare maintenance interventions by coordinating resources, parts, equipment, and downtime requirements
- Supervise work performed by mechanics, electromechanics, and external contractors
- Provide technical support to the team during complex troubleshooting situations and actively participate in problem-solving
- Manage urgent breakdowns effectively to minimize production downtime
- Participate in the onboarding, training, and development of maintenance employees
- Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to equipment and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal procedures
- Work closely with production teams to support smooth operations
- Actively participate in planning and monitoring improvement projects
